Google Lovely and welcoming. We visited as a homeschool group. Our tour guide was very friendly and knowledgeable. The Mandir is absolutely beautiful inside and out. It's hard to imagine that it is all hand made and brought over from India. The time and labor so many volunteered to complete it makes it even more amazing.5 stars
Google BAPS is absolutely beautiful. It’s a peaceful place and you’ll feel very welcomed by the guides. Be sure to bring a shawl to coverup and your requests to say a prayer while in the temple. It’s full of good energy and vibrations.5 stars
Google It was very nice visit to BAPS temple. I would also suggest to attend aarti in evening. They also have audio tours available. Gift shop has so many stuff as well cafe. Food is nice but some option from menu is not always available. Cafe is not that much organized and have less space so on weekends it gets full. Please wear full sleeves and pants if you want to visit this temple. Or if you wear cut sleeves you will get something to wrap around. It is a must visit. The architecture , landscape is really beautiful.5 stars
Google Stunning temple! I was only passing by and looked from outside and was amazed by its beauty! I need to go inside visit one day.5 stars
Google Beautiful architecture and a spectacular view of the temple. There is amazing craftsmanship involved in building this structure with that level of detail. However, the support staff is a little rigid and can be rude when they want the visitors to follow certain rules of the temple. People visiting are educated and can read the sign boards themselves. A softer way to implement things can be considered to make a delightful experience for the visitors.5 stars
Yelp How can something so beautiful, exist in Atlanta. I found this on a "hidden gems in Atlanta" search. And went with hesitation. Only to have my mind completely blown away. If you go here there are some rules. Women cover your shoulders and knees. Men dress appropriately! You're visiting a place of worship, regardless if it's your religion or not, you need to respect the rules. Second ... go straight to the gift shop and grab a recorded tour! It's worth the $5 as once you walk around you'll have no idea what you're looking at. Plus the store employees are super nice and informative! I would go back just to see them. Third, obey the rules of the tour! And prepare to have your mind blown at this beautiful place! It's hard to describe how unique, how incredible, how massive, this place is. You just need to see it in person! Last but not least... donate a dollar or two! Can't wait to go back!5 stars
Yelp Having not visited a Mandir before I didn't know what to expect. I'm so glad I sought out this temple to learn a bit more about the Hindu religion. The grounds and temple are lovely, I was left speechless at the ornate carving both inside and on the exterior of the temple. Photos are not allowed close up of the exterior or inside, which lends to the sanctity of the temple. Headsets are available for a nominal rental to learn more of the history of Hinduism. Upon entering you remove your shoes and make sure your legs and shoulders are covered. The interior uplighting is subtle, it highlights the columns and the carvings and baths them in a soft blue glow. Make sure and give yourself enough time to enjoy the solitude both inside and out to fully appreciate this Mandir and all its beauty.5 stars
Yelp Beautiful maintained and loved the intricate work done with marble. This is one of the most beautiful temple that I have been to. This should be a must visit. Before visiting check the timings on their website as it opens only on given slots. You can avoid the crowds if u visit early morning5 stars
Yelp Beautiful temple, plenty of parking. New great experience with my friends from India.5 stars
Yelp Great way to experience the greatness of India in their spirituality, art, respect for God and Gurus. The most beautiful place man made on earth I've been. India is giving us the opportunity of having a very special and unforgettable experience by just been there.5 stars
