- A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking and the remainder 15 days before the scheduled program. A full refund will be given for cancellations 30 days in advance of the scheduled date. Only 50 % will be refunded for cancellations 15 days to 29 days and no refund for cancellations 13 days or less.
- Annapurna Hall Rental: Will not be available for weekends and holidays.
