Google The temple is situated in a calm environment and is home to multiple gods. There is a fountain nearby with birds swimming around. Cheap and hygeinic vegetarian food is available in Prasad bhavan. Good place to meditate and meet Indians. We can also hire priests to conduct ceremonies.5 stars

Yelp Born in India, I was taught early to respect the diverse cultures and religions of the world. I've visited many temples, mosques and churches but this temple brings back memories of being back in India. The temple is adorned with so many sculptures of Hindu Gods and Goddesses. Get this, all of it was hand carved by people they bought from India. This massive structure is located on Lynn road, close to Foster Elementary School. Lots of parking available by the compound. They offer prayers in the morning and evening. I always try to come hungry when visiting the temple, their canteen makes some amazing made-to-order South Indian food. South Indian foods are hard to find since most restaurants only offer North Indian dishes. FYI, North and South Indian cuisine are different because the spices are different. One of my favorites to order are the masala Dosas, super thin crepe stuffed with spiced potatoes mixture. Comes with sambar (stew with veggies) and coconut chutney. The food is not very expensive but do bring cash. Overall, amazing place to learn more on Hinduism and try some yummy South Indian cuisine.5 stars

Yelp Mandir is so beautiful . It gives a real feeling of India temples. Architecture is outstanding. I'm glad even Tampa has beautiful Indian temple. They have kitchen too where they serve dosas( savour crepes) at Prasad sadan which is only open on Saturday n Sunday. Bt the process of placing an order is really messy. There is no que, sometimes they say they can't accept credit/debit card cz their machine is not working, person who is taking order is really slow. It kinds of ruin the experience of being at temple!3 stars

Yelp I am so excited to have found a nearby place I have never been to that is as beautiful as ever. Each step I take, I just can not believe I'm still in Tampa. I feel like I have stepped foot in India . The temple is so beautifully detailed. The people who created this temple have put together a work of art. There are signs around the building so you can get an understanding of what you are seeing and how important they are. I'm happy I have gotten a chance to see this temple and all of its beauty inside and out!5 stars

Yelp One of the nice temples that I visited. You do have almost all the idols but the main one is Satyanarayana Swamy. They recently have Shirdi Sai & Hanuman idols too.5 stars

Yelp This place is a a magical haven in the middle of Tampa. I was swept away to a foreign land the minute I stepped foot on these magical grounds. Be amazed at the grandeur of this building from all sides. Walk around it taking in every single detailed carving in the walls after removing your shoes and climbing the steps to the main room. There are more exquisite carvings on the upper level of the building of deities and hindu gods that stretch the perimeter of the temple. The inside of the temple is gorgeous with its marble floor and statues in all four corners. You start on the left and walk your way clockwise around the room taking time at each deity. You may offer fruit to the gods but it's disrespectful to touch them. I've been here when they had celebrations going on and everyone was more than hospitable and welcoming. This is a great place to go even if you just want to look around and appreciate the architectural beauty of this building. Just please remember to be respectful and remove your shoes (there's a room on the side for shoes) before going up the steps. Don't point at anything with your feet and please wear clothing that is modest.5 stars
