Historical Review Excerpts

Review snippets came from the source workbook and may reflect public reviews available around 2018.

Google Very welcoming place. We were fortunate to have Rajabhoga Arati Darshan and Mahaprasadam as our lunch. If you're in San Diego, must not miss visiting the temple (New Govardhan Dham) and have Darshan here. Very close to Pacific beach too.5 stars
Google Find mental peace and happiness.4 stars
Google we looked for peace and we found more than that, brotherhood, spirituality and a lot of celebration to make the heart happy, chant Hare Krishna and be happy!5 stars
Google Great place5 stars
Google Wonderful people, great events, and excellent vegetarian food.5 stars
Yelp Best Indian food in San Diego hands down. $5 all you can eat vegetarian cuisine filled with love and prayers for Sunday Night Feast. A highly recommended experience!!! I always feel so good after eating here, both physically and spiritually. Seriously the food is the bomb and its such a nominal donation its just ridiculous. Beautiful art abounds the facility. Its a special sacred place where all are welcome, don't be intimidated they aren't pushy about their religion.5 stars
Yelp Hare Krishna! A beautiful and warm and welcoming place to worship. Devotees keep the temple clean and bright and the spirit of service is palpable. Learn what you will by reading or chanting or dancing or feasting or simple osmosis in the Quiet. Here is the Divine. We are so blessed to have this temple accessible in San Diego!5 stars
Yelp Words can't describe how much I love this temple. Everyone is so welcoming and nice. I definitely recommend to check out the temple if you're part of the conscious community.5 stars
Yelp Beautiful Krishna temple...went for the Sunday evening pravachan, kirtan, prasadam. ....beautiful n simple...food is healthy tasty vegetarian fare...after that went for a walk to the beach...the monks r so welcoming and selfless5 stars
Yelp Had Yet Another excellent time at the Hare Krishna Temple. This time around i was invited by one of the devotees to Krishna to come by for their celebration of Radhastami. I was beautiful and the ambience certainly is a true moment to cherish. I enjoyed myself very much and at the end of it, i was at peace. Thank you for another wonderful time! BTW: food was so good! Vegeterian meal of course but still very good. they serve us: Rice, Lentils, Egg plant in tomato sauce, green beans and potatoes, samosas with sweet chutney, dessert cake, indian sweet rice and juice! Very good!4 stars
