Google Amazing beautiful yoga studio with knowledgeable teachers and staff. I have always found them helpful and and kind. If you are looking for a style of yoga that has foundations for beginner basic yoga or more advanced yoga this is it. I went to the basic classes for 4 weeks before trying the Open classes. I have not tried the aerial yoga classes but it looks and sounds like fun. The studio owners Bob and Austin are super nice guys and very supportive of the students and the Jersey City community as a whole. Its one of the few yoga studios I have been to that is very diverse in its members. I like that being a person of color.5 Stars
Google When I first walked into Jivamukti I was at a crossroads in my life. I wanted to do something physical to stay in shape but also needed something deeper. Something spiritual, I was searching for my true self and mostly for peace. That was in April. It is now August and I can honestly say this place is like a home to me. It has made me a better person in every aspect of my life, relieved my stress and anxiety as well as put me in the best shape of my life. All the teachers are there to help and guide you and Austin and Bobby are so welcoming and helpful. Thank you Jivamukti for all that you have done for me. I don’t know where I would be without you.5 Stars

Google Amazing teachers in a comfortable space. They genuinely care about you and the community in Jersey City. They have many workshops a month including live music. The aerial yoga classes are wonderful for the student looking to broaden the yoga practice in a fun way. Hanging upside down in a hammock is delightful.5 Stars
