Google A temple which gives a feeling of 'UP ka mandir' ;) Very lively and less formal atmosphere. PanditJi is very knowledgeable and give nice talks. Lots of volunteers actively participating, cleaning and helping around the temple.5 stars

Yelp Shiv Durga temple has the most beautiful idol of Mother Goddess Durga and other idols. Gutu Ji recites Mantras with full devotion and has in depth knowledge of each word in the mantras. I really feel a lot in peace when I hear him and see mother goddess Durga. We visit temple often during Aarti time & all the festivals. Jai Mata Di.5 stars
Yelp Pandit Ji is very knowledgeable person and do the puja in a very prompt manner.5 stars
Yelp Never in a million years I thought I would ever be reviewing a temple on yelp but unfortunately here I am. I am writing this because I am absolutely livid with the priest here, this is not a review of the temple but it's priest. On a Saturday evening, when I entered the temple with my baby, I heard this guy lecturing some family on some religious politics topic and this enough raised a mini flag in my head. We went about paying our respects, and my daughter was running around and I was chasing her. This priest came in the way and started pulling her cheeks. Strike 1! Ignoring this and moving on, after about 5 minutes we were about to leave the temple. My daughter was in my husband's arms and this priest came to us and starting shoving Prasad in my daughter's mouth. She kept her mouth closed and this guy kept forcing!!! At this point, I took my daughter away. He did not ask us if he could give the Prasad and when she was resisting, he did not stop!!!!!! Strike 2! Forcing Unknown Food into the mouth of a baby who is resisting!!! I know in your head you are god but remember you are in US and there are pretty strict rules about these things. I felt totally violated and disgusted and started to walk out and then he yells at us from behind that "take your Prasad. If you take prasad, your daughter will learn too!!!!" Free child rearing lessons on the go, anyone? You do not go into a temple even remotely expecting an experience like this. I went in with my family to seek blessings and for a peaceful experience and had a borderline abusive experience from a forceful priest. I am hoping he reads this and gets the message! Needless to say, I will never be going back! Parents, please be on guard with your little ones!1 star
Yelp Serene and not too crowded this temple is a hidden gem. We love to go there ,sometimes just to sit and bask in the peace it radiates. The temple offers Hindi classes too which I did not know of will actually enroll my daughter in.5 stars
